Disclaimer

All of our accommodation properties are continuously monitored and updated to ensure they operate at a high standard. We do however live on a remote Island in Bass Strait, which off course has its challenges. Although we will do our best to make sure your stay is perfect, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We do not have access to regular tradesmen and technicians and we rely on our weekly freight service to bring in gas, fuel, spare parts, materials tools etc. Therefore, if something fails, we try our best to fix the problem straight away. We do rely on our guests to report any issues to us and hope you can be accepting of the time it takes to resolve it. We require all of our guests to be understanding of the challenges we face with living in such an isolated part of the country. If you do not want to be subject to the Flinders Island way of living, then you are better off booking a city hotel. Thank you and we look forward to having you to stay.
