During the private dining experience created by Chef Cate Hardman and A Taste of Flinders, you will be exposed to the authentic food and the untouched and raw landscape of Flinders Island.
Cate is dedicated to preparing fresh, seasonal and local produce. Her professional background spans 35 years both in Australia and overseas. Cate has worked in popular restaurants around Australia, cafes and wineries. She is the triple threat of the cooking world, her philosophy of food has remained the same throughout her career, keep it fresh, simple and delicious.
